Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.
Prices on the site are subject to change without notice. When you place an order on the site, we guarantee to only debit from your card the price stated at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed with yourself.
Returns Policy
Defective Items
If you have received a defective item then you can return the product within 30 days, and choose a full refund or replacement (if available). We will also refund you the cost of returning the item.
Zippo offer a lifetime guarantee on all products except Zippo Sunglasses. Other products may have other manufacturers' guarantees. If you have a defective product, please email us at sales@online-kites.co.uk
Items Not Required or Not Suitable
Any item can be returned up to 14 days after purchase, providing that it is in resalable condition. If the item is not defective then you will need to return it at your own cost and we will not refund you for the original delivery cost. Engraved items are exempt from this agreement, unless they are defective. The engraving font and size are chosen by the engraver unless otherwise stated.

We only collect information when you order an item from the site, enter a competition or subscribe to our mailing list. In these cases you will be asked to complete some or all of your personal details, credit card details and delivery details. These details are passed to our accounts system via a secure server and not available to any other parties other than our Payment Solution Provider - ishop, who will not use your details for any reason other than processing your order. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Most areas where we collect information will have an opt-out option, so you can ensure you do not receive any further information from us. If there is no opt-out option (e.g. the secure order form) then you can safely assume you will not be added to our mailing list. We only send emails to customers who choose to receive them. We never pass your information on to any 3rd parties.
We do not send random emails and will only occasionally email you with special offers. You will always have the option in any email we send you to opt out of receiving any emails in the future by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
We use cookies within the ordering process on the website only to allow the shopping basket to function. These cookies always expire within 24 hours and hold no personally identifiable information.
